Rent the studio

The room is available by the hour when we are not teaching in it.

Hong Kong doesn't have much affordable floor space built for dancing. We would rather the room be in use than sitting empty, so we keep rates reasonable and bookings simple.

Visiting instructors running a workshop or a weekend intensive, from various genres.

Practice groups who want a proper floor and a mirror, not a living room.

Rehearsals for performances and showcases.

Rates

Off-peak hourly, until 5 pm HK$120
Peak hourly: evenings and weekends, 5 pm to 11 pm HK$150
Prepurchase 10 hours HK$1,200

Terms

  • The maximum number of people should not exceed 20.
  • Please adhere strictly to the purchased time slot. Should you stay beyond your time, you will be charged by the half hour.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before.
  • Please do not lean on or touch the mirrors. Damage will require compensation.
  • Please lock the door with the key and return it securely to the lock box when you leave.
  • Please leave the room as you found it. Stack chairs, take out rubbish, and keep the floor clear. Switch off the aircon, lights, and fans. Please keep the pillows on the seating.
  • Food and drink are allowed. Just clean up after yourself as you go, and leave the studio in the same condition as when you arrived.
  • The building has neighbours. Music down after 11 pm.
  • Zouk Haus is not liable for any activities conducted by studio renters. Studio renters are solely responsible for all activities in the studio and must ensure they follow all laws and regulations.
  • CCTV monitoring is in place.

Is there parking?

The nearest car park is Pacific Place Three.

Can I bring food and drink?

Yes. Just clean up after yourself as you go.

Can I see the space before booking?

Yes. Come to a class, or message us and we will find a time.

Do you have a projector or a mic?

No.

What if I need to cancel?

Full payment is required at booking. Cancel for free up to 24 hours before your slot.
